Can injuries or urinary incontinence occur during a PNES event?
• Tongue biting can occur in PNES.
• Urinary incontinence can also occur in PNES attacks, but it seems that this develops later in the course of the disorder.
• Fecal incontinence is rare.
• Falls to the floor, cuts, bruises, bumps are not uncommon in PNES as in ES.
